Prosecco Spumante Brut is a fresh and elegant wine, light straw yellow in colour, it has an intense floral aroma of acacia and wisteria. With fruity notes of green apple. The pleasantly harmonious flavor manages to balance acidity and flavor.
Winemaking Process
Cleaning and cooling of the grapes.
Temperature-controlled fermentation in white, subsequently carrying out a second refermentation in an autoclave with the Charmat method.
Maturing
Contact for a few months with its own fine dregs activated through batonnage. Clarified and stored at a controlled temperature in steel.
Pairings
Wine suitable for toasts and aperitifs.
