Prior is macerated in amphora to maximize the characteristics of this resistant vine and the link with our territory.
Then refined in wood to obtain a full-bodied wine with a velvety sip.

Winemaking Process

Cleaning and cooling of the grapes; maceration and fermentation in terracotta amphorae

 

Maturing

Malolactic fermentation and subsequent refinement in barriques; Contact for a few months with one’s own activated fine dregs; Clarified and stored at a controlled temperature in steel.

Pairings

Pairing for strong flavors such as red meats, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.

Serving Temperature

Uncorked at the moment, it should be served at 18-20° C.
